💬 Quick questionsWhat people
What people
ask us before ordering.
If your question isn't here, write to us: we answer fast.
Ask on WhatsApp01How long does my order take?+
It depends on the product, quantity and date. When you confirm we give you the exact date. If you have a deadline, add it to the order and we confirm whether we can make it; rush orders are reviewed case by case.
02How do I pay?+
With a 40% deposit by Zelle or card on the website. You pay the rest when you receive it. The quote does not oblige you to buy. The deposit holds your date and your materials, and because the work is personalized it is not refunded if you cancel (if POP cannot deliver, it is refunded in full). See the deposit policy →
03Do you deliver or do I pick up?+
POP is based in Houston: you can pick up for free or we deliver. Austin, Hutto or another city is possible too, but order 2 extra days ahead so it arrives on time. Shipping is calculated with your ZIP code in the Creator.
04Can I send my own photo or design?+
Yes. In the Creator you upload your photo, logo or idea. Before production we show you the design and review names, dates and texts with you.
05Do you take large orders for schools, teams or businesses?+
Yes. T-shirts, hats, tumblers and logo details in bulk. In the Creator choose "Bulk order" and we prepare a special price.
