How the deposit works.
A 40% deposit holds your date and pays for materials. Getting a quote is free and commits you to nothing. Once paid, the deposit is not refunded if you cancel, because everything is personalized; if POP cannot deliver, it is refunded in full.
The deposit holds your date and buys the materials for your order. That is when your order goes from a quote to confirmed work.
Quotes are free and do not oblige you to buy. Until you pay the deposit, we start nothing and there is no charge.
Because everything we make is personalized (your name, your photo, your colors), the materials and the design cannot be used in another order. That is why, once paid, the deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel.
If for any reason on our side we cannot deliver your order, we refund 100% of what you paid, including the deposit.
Before production we send you the design to approve. Changes to color, text or theme are free as long as production has not started. Once it has, a change may require a new quote.
We keep your finished order for 15 days from the day we tell you it is ready. After that, if we could not reach you, the deposit is forfeited and the product may be donated or sold.
The delivery date is confirmed when the deposit is paid. If you need to move it, tell us as soon as possible and we reschedule it subject to availability, at no extra cost.

Before production, please review names, dates, numbers, and wording. If approved information needs to change after work begins, a new quote may be required.
03Turnaround & Rush Orders+
Turnaround depends on the product, quantity, materials, and date. Rush orders are confirmed case by case based on availability.
04Changes & Cancellations+
Because each order is custom, changes, cancellations, and refund conditions are confirmed in writing before payment based on the stage of the work.
05Pickup & Shipping+
We coordinate pickup or shipping when applicable. Costs and timing are confirmed before the order is finalized.
06Privacy & Photos+
The information you submit is used to respond and prepare your request. Review photos are moderated before publication. Valid critical reviews are not hidden because of their star rating.
